THINGS NOT TO DO IN THE OFFICE

I never really thought that there actually lists of things not to be done in the office, which I must say that almost all the things are happening like, widely accepted and practiced norms in my office.

Too bad because I don't really think that it's easy to change the offenders, since they usually are among the people you don't wanna mess with in your work place. Not to say that they are that intimidating, to the extent of which you would be fired of your job after you explain to them how annoyingly obnoxious they are behaving with hopes that they would understand why you are feeling disturbed or distracted while doing your daily tasks, but trust me - most of them tend to be what we easily recognized as Office Bitches [OB].

Maybe they are the ones who are bitching around, making the office sounded so like Selayang's pasar borong or pretending to look busy while their voices are thundering inside your ears, gossiping about this and that person - but if you would ever have the guts to confront them and tell them how much it would help you to do your work better if they slow their voices down, be prepared to face the aftermath.

I'm not trying to making this some kinda, big stuff but hey, it's just so disheartening when people seem to be so ignorant about their attitude.

This is especially so true among the staff who has been working in one place for too long - they'd become too comfortable that they feel like they own the office.

I think you should really check this out.

See for yourself and think again - do you really deserve all that in the place you're working your ass off - simply over worked, under paid & unappreciated when all these OBs simply bitching around with nothing much to do but still they get all the best?

Just, think again.

And let me know if you happen to have the effective solutions to get through the annoying disturbances.
